In 2001, during a transformative period in my life, I discovered the realms of metaphysics and holistic healing. As a result, I became increasingly interested in numerous ancient systems and modalities, specifically Astrology, Numerology, Energy Therapy, and the Living in the Now teachings of Eckhart Tolle and other master spiritual teachers.
I began to study and learn, gradually implementing various principles into my daily life. As time passed, I noticed increased clarity and emotional tranquility, eventually leading to an inner shift followed by an outer one. The profound impact of these teachings led me to integrate them into my coaching services.
I've dedicated myself to coaching and facilitating for over two decades. My mission is to assist individuals seeking self-understanding, navigating relationships, making career choices, and better understanding their motives, actions, reactions, and passions.

My 25+ years as a paralegal and legal assistant in the U.S. legal system keep me grounded. I appreciate the delicate balance of embracing ancient teachings while maintaining practicality. Working alongside diverse personalities—whether collaborating with coworkers, staff, or attorneys—I've honed discernment, confidentiality, and empathy in every interaction.
