Tamra Solves invites you to spend six nights at a private villa in the picturesque seaside town of Algarve Carvoeiro, Portugal, where she will guide you through self-awareness techniques of reflection, release, and realignment. In addition, she will utilize the powerful energies of mother nature to activate awareness, healing, and manifesting.
Over our lifetimes, we have accumulated emotional, physical, and mental blocks from personal experiences and traumas. These sufferings are layered with family and social conditioning that interfere with knowing our authentic self, i.e., our likes, dislikes, values, beliefs, passions, purpose, etc. Social and family conditioning alone blocks us from knowing and understanding the truth about who we are at our core. These blocks inevitably impact our relationship with ourselves, our spouse, partner, family, friends, friendship choices, and coworkers.
Releasing emotional blocks means knowing the Art of Surrender.
During the retreat, we will access the energy of the Spring Equinox and other planetary alignments to Reflect, Release, and Realign.
Equinox comes from the Latin words aequi, meaning equal, and nox, which means night. Therefore, the vernal Equinox is considered the first day of Spring, whereby the day and night are of equal length, i.e., balance. This marks the end of winter darkness and the return of light.
Together, we will access the energy of the Spring Equinox to seek balance. We will also access the beneficial vibes of Planets Mercury, Jupiter, and Neptune, amongst other planetary alignments, to seek wisdom, clarity, and release. At the time of the Equinox, planets Mercury, Jupiter, and Neptune will reside side-by-side in the sky in the constellation of Pisces. All three planets represent different Minds:
Mercury ruling the mental mind;
Jupiter ruling the higher mind, and
Neptune ruling the subconscious mind.
Therefore, in conjunction with the Equinox and other planetary alignments, these three planets present the perfect time and energy to dive deeper to better understand different aspects of ourselves.

Tamra is a certified life coach specializing in self-awareness and personal empowerment. She is also an energy channeling practitioner and consults in astrology and numerology. She will integrate all of her services during the retreat to make it personal so that everyone can take advantage of the specific planetary factors impacting their life.

There is a cash security deposit of 80 euros per person at check-in (outside of accommodations). It will be returned at check-out if there are no damages.

Group Car hire from Faro airport to Villa can be arranged for an additional fee, but flights must be synchronized with other attendees.

Covid stipulation: Since this retreat attracts international travelers, retreat cancellation may occur if borders close or too many feel uncomfortable traveling. If this is the case, it may be canceled any time up to 3 March 2022, and the money will be refunded. If problems arise after 4 March 2022, the retreat will be rescheduled within 12 - 24 months.
Covid flight suggestions: When planning your flight, it may be a good idea to check on cancellation policies with airlines. I know certain flights are cheaper than others, but paying a little extra for peace of mind may be a good idea.
